T3micro.ca (the "Website") is operated by Prestilux Inc. with the authorization of T3 micro, located at 301 Arizona Ave., Suite 230, Santa Monica, California, 90401, on its behalf and on behalf of its parent and each of its affiliates (collectively, "Prestilux", "we", "us" and "our"), and is hosted on the Shopify Inc. e-commerce platform ("Shopify"). This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the "Policy") describes how Prestilux collects, uses, hosts, secures and/or discloses the personal information you provide to us when you visit the Website, make a purchase from the Website or otherwise submit personal information to Prestilux through the Website. With our employees

With our strategic partners

Prestilux may share your Personal Information with its partners to facilitate its activities, such as T3, developers, payment and hosting service providers. As part of these activities, these partners may have access to and use of your Personal Information for a limited period of time. Where Prestilux engages third parties to process any Personal Information, Prestilux endeavours to implement commercially reasonable contractual and technical protections to ensure that such third parties keep strictly confidential any Personal Information they process. Please note that these third parties may not be located in your geographical area. In such cases, Prestilux takes commercially reasonable measures, as described below in the section "Where is your Personal Information hosted and transferred?".

Where required by applicable law

We may also share your Personal Information with third parties if necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with the law; (ii) comply with an order of a competent judicial authority in any jurisdiction; (iii) comply with legal process served on Prestilux; (iv) protect and defend the rights or property of Prestilux; (v) enforce or verify your compliance with any agreement you have entered into with Prestilux, if any; (vi) prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Website; or (vii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Website or the general public.

Children's privacy
