I still have not received it. I wrote you an email two weeks ago and still have not received a response.
I have contacted you several times there has been emails telling me that you have been too busy to process my refund since August it is September 23. I have not heard back from you something that should take 3 to 5 days is now going onto a month. I would like someone to contact me as well. At this time, I feel like you have robbed me of almost $300. I feel robbed.

I love the way this iron moves through my long thick 2A-B hair. A long clamp holds below-the -shoulder length hair well on the long barrel. The iron is a pretty white with rose-gold accents. One problem the tip fractured in the first two weeks.
